Lights out at The Coors Field meant 14 minutes in the dark for over 50,000 fans. If it weren't for a quick thinking announcer, playing "Dancing in the Dark," right after the lights went out, fans would have probably gone ballistic trying to find their way down the treacherously steep, dark bleachers. The liability of such an issue is too great to risk.
